TX2 Systems, Inc. Wins Best Places to Work Award in Maryland

BALTIMORE, MD (May 18, 2007) – Baltimore-based TX2 Systems Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-level software solutions for managing the merger and acquisition process, was a winner of the Top 10 “Best Places to Work”, an annual award sponsored by the Baltimore Business Journal.

The Baltimore Business Journal announced the rankings at an awards breakfast on May 17; nearly 400 businesses applied for the competitive and prestigious award, which Baltimore Business Journal started in 2006. TX2 was one of 10 winners and the only software company named in the rankings.

The award recognized TX2’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that helps the company successfully compete globally with a relatively small staff. TX2 develops software solutions that simplify and organize the merger and acquisition process for large corporations. The work environment is entrepreneurial, fast-paced and flexible.
