TX2 Systems, Inc. Relocates Corporate Headquarters
Near BWI Airport Due to Explosive Growth and International
Expansion
BALTIMORE, MD (June 1, 2007) – Baltimore-based TX2
Systems Inc., a leading developer of enterprise-level software
solutions for mergers and acquisitions, announced today
that it has relocated its corporate headquarters near Baltimore-Washington
International (BWI) Airport due to the company’s rapid
growth in 2007. The move also marks the company’s
graduation from the Emerging Technology Center (ETC) Incubator
program in Baltimore Maryland.
TX2 provides merger and acquisition software solutions
for global enterprises, including its state-of-the-art web-based
EMA™ software. EMA™ organizes the integral components
of merger and acquisition transactions into a virtual hub
for full collaboration and improved management throughout the M&A lifecycle.
TX2’s growth has been attributed to a very active M&A market and the propensity
for large corporations to reduce cost and risk associated with doing M&A transactions. The
software platform has been instrumental in helping companies
with active deal flow better manage their M&A operations. The expansion to the new offices
near BWI airport facilitates travel for TX2 staff
and visiting customers.
“It is thrilling when our incubator companies compete
successfully in global markets and expand their hiring and revenue
in Maryland,” said Ann Lansinger, Executive
Director of the ETC Incubator. “Over the years, we
have seen TX2 expand their blue-chip corporate customer
base and the expansion to larger office space is a great
indicator of their growth.”
“At this stage of our growth, it made sense to be
conveniently accessible for our clients and to move close
to this airport location,” said Juan Tosoni, CEO and
Founder of TX2.
TX2’s customers include Fortune 500 companies such
as Aetna, leading investment banking firms such as Morgan
Stanley and global law firms such as Dewey & LeBoeuf.
