Mr. Juan Tosoni Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Juan Tosoni is the Founder and CEO of TX2 Systems, Inc.
Mr. Tosoni is an accomplished software executive with over
18 years' experience in the enterprise software industry.
A pioneer of the CRM revolution a decade ago, Mr. Tosoni
is once again a visionary anticipating the growth of business
process technology to improve all aspects of mergers and
acquisitions.
Prior to founding TX2 Systems, Inc., Mr. Tosoni had extensive
experience delivering enterprise software solutions to Fortune
500 companies with companies such as SAP, Pivotal and Group
1 Software. His expertise includes helping large corporations
integrate enterprise software solutions into their organizations
and leveraging technology to streamline complex processes.
He acquired firsthand M&A experience while working for
Group 1 Software where he managed a task force that acquired
other software companies and he led the integrations of
all newly acquired businesses.
A dynamic public speaker, Mr. Tosoni has been a featured
speaker at industry events and university lecture series
including the Association for Corporate Growth, the IMAP
conference, Association of Corporate Counsel, Johns Hopkins
University, Boston University and Georgetown University.
Mr. Tosoni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing
from the University of Maryland. He also served in the United
States Air Force, where he was a member of the elite Honor
Guard Team and held a Top Secret security clearance.
Mr. Steve Bebee Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Steve Bebee brings several decades of experience in
the software industry to TX2 Systems as Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Bebee provides operational leadership and expertise
to guide TX2's explosive growth into a new market category.
Prior to joining TX2 Systems, Mr. Bebee spent 22 years
at Group 1 Software and was a member of the founding team
as employee number six. The company grew from start-up to
over $140 million in annual revenue, at which time Group
1 was acquired by Pitney Bowes for over $400 million. During
his tenure with Group 1, Mr. Bebee oversaw huge increases
in revenue as VP of Sales throughout the entire 90's. Fueled by
both organic growth and growth through acquisition, Mr.
Bebee held the position of COO until his recent departure
from Group 1. As COO, he gained substantial M&A experience
and he was heavily involved in more than 20 acquisitions
completed by Group 1 Software.
Mr. Bebee received his Masters in Business Administration
from Loyola College of Maryland.
Mr. Brian Robertson Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Brian Robertson is Chief Technology Officer for TX2
Systems, Inc. Mr. Robertson is an accomplished software development leader and architect and is considered an expert in the field of software
engineering. Mr. Robertson's 17-year career in software engineering spans lead management roles in several industries. As the CTO of an
internet-based software company, he planned and managed several large-scale software development efforts with numerous Fortune 500 customers.
Additionally, Mr. Robertson has served as the lead software architect and team manager for a prominent aerospace firm. Their he
led the development effort of a next generation software platform for the world's most prevalent commercial space mission planning and analysis software.
In addition to his work at TX2 Systems, Mr. Robertson serves on a key advisory committee for the Ben Franklin Technology Partners
Investment Fund and co-chairs the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group. Mr. Robertson is a frequent speaker at local and international software development conferences
and speaks on various technical and management subjects in "Agile" software development.
Mr. Jim Nevins Vice President of Sales - Americas
Mr. Jim Nevins is Vice President of Sales for TX2 Systems,
Inc., responsible for managing all aspects of business development.
He has over 17 years' experience in large enterprise software
solution sales, working with a variety of large corporations
throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining TX2 Systems, Mr. Nevins was Director of
Sales, Eastern Region, for Valchemy, Inc., a software company
recently acquired by IBM Global Services. Additionally,
he has held senior leadership positions in sales with companies
such as Pitney Bowes Management Services, Archer Management
Services and Commerce One. At these companies, Mr. Nevins'
sales teams repeatedly exceeded their goals and delivered
state-of-the-art systems benefiting their respective customers
greatly.
Mr. Nevins received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing
from the University of North Texas.
Mr. Ken Ingram Vice President of Sales - EMEA
Mr. Ken Ingram is Vice President of Sales - EMEA for TX2 Systems,
Inc., responsible for managing all aspects of business development in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
He has over 20 years' experience in international sales and marketing of large enterprise software
solutions working with a variety of U.S. and international corporations.
Prior to joining TX2 Systems, Mr. Ingram has held senior leadership positions in sales and marketing with companies
such as Crossroads Systems, Hutchison Telecommunications and Vodafone.
At these companies, Mr. Ingram's
sales and marketing teams repeatedly exceeded their goals and built a respectable customer base throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Mr. Ingram received his Bachelors degree in Business Studies
from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
Ms. Sarah Pick Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Sarah Pick is Vice President of Marketing for TX2 Systems,
Inc. and responsible for all aspects of TX2's marketing
programs. Ms. Pick has over 20 years' experience working
with a variety of technology and healthcare companies, including
United Healthcare, an HMO, Nucletron, a medical device company
and Nanofab, a startup software company.
Prior to joining TX2 Systems, Ms. Pick was VP of
Marketing for Applied Data Systems, a mobile
embedded computer company recently acquired by Eurotech. Applied Data Systems saw explosive
growth from inception to $40 million dollars in annual revenue within a five year time period.
She has extensive experience developing and executing global
media campaigns, creating alliance partner programs, and
developing customer programs.
Ms. Pick received her Masters in Technology from
the University of Maryland, and also completed a Public
Relations certificate program from Goucher College.
