Mark Morsheimer is a key advisor to TX2 Systems and is a former member of the executive management team at The Allegis Group, a $4.4 billion staffing company, where he reported directly to the Chairman and CEO as the EVP of M&A. Mr. Morsheimer has a strong M&A background with an emphasis on finance, has his undergraduate degree in accounting, is a CPA and sits on several Boards.

Grant Goodyear
Grant Goodyear is a key advisor to TX2 Systems and currently directs the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Program for Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Goodyear has over 18 years of experience in the software industry.

James Kantowski
Jim Kantowski is a senior financial advisor and CPA for RSM International, the sixth largest accounting and tax firm in the world with operations in 70 countries. Mr. Kantowski advises TX2 on all aspects of finance and tax.

Ann Lansinger
Ann Lansinger is the Executive Director of the Emerging Technology Center in Baltimore, a highly successful high-tech incubator program. She has worked with a variety of technology startups through the mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Lansinger and her mentors have graduated over 100 companies through the ETC incubator since its inception with an outstanding 85% success rate. Also, Ms. Lansinger is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Business Incubation Association (NBIA).

David Lingelbach
David Lingelbach is the Chairman and CEO of Hilltop Global Advisors LLC, professorial lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, and an advisor to the World Bank. Mr. Lingelbach's career in mergers and acquisitions spans 20 years to include being a senior member of the M&A team at Bank of America.

Michael Gendron
Mike Gendron is the author of "Integrating Newly Merged Organizations," "Creating the New E-Business Company" and is a global expert on M&A transactions. He is a partner with Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm and has more than 30 years experience with M&A transactions globally. Mr. Gendron has held CFO positions at Hill-Rom, Inc., Alpharma and Bausch and Lomb.
