Mr. Juan Tosoni
Chairman

Mr. Juan Tosoni is the Chairman of the Board at TX2 Systems, Inc. Mr. Tosoni is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with over 18 years' experience in the enterprise software industry. A pioneer of the CRM revolution a decade ago, Mr. Tosoni is once again a visionary anticipating the growth of business process technology to improve all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to founding TX2 Systems, Inc., Mr. Tosoni had extensive executive management experience with enterprise software companies such as SAP, Pivotal and Group 1 Software. His expertise includes senior sales and marketing management positions with a highly successful track record of building technology companies from inception to exit.

Mr. Tosoni has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. He also served in the United States Air Force where he was highly decorated, a member of the elite Honor Guard Team, and held a Top Secret security clearance.

Mr. Robert S. Bowen
Director

Mr. Robert S. Bowen is a member of the Board of Directors at TX2 Systems, Inc. and is a key investor in the company. Mr. Bowen brings several decades of experience in the software industry to TX2 Systems. Mr. Bowen has held senior leadership positions to include Chairman and CEO of Group 1 Software, President of Firestone, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zenith Electronics. Mr. Bowen provides TX2 with senior leadership and guidance on all matters related to building an industry-leading software company.

Most recently Mr. Bowen spent 21 years at Group 1 Software where he was Chairman and CEO throughout his tenure. The company grew from start-up to over $140 million in annual revenue, was publicly traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange (symbol GSOF), and in 2004 was acquired by Pitney Bowes for over $400 million. During his tenure at Group 1, Mr. Bowen led the company's success throughout the late 80's, entire 90's and up through the acquisition by Pitney Bowes in 2004. Mr. Bowen was involved in all of Group 1's acquisitions and is not only highly familiar with building a successful software company, a leader in its industry, but he is also a highly experienced deal maker.

Mr. Bowen received his Masters in Business Administration degree from Harvard and was elected by the Harvard faculty as a George F. Baker Scholar for achieving a position among the top 2 1/2% of his class. Mr. Bowen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Mr. Mark Morsheimer
Director

Mr. Mark Morsheimer is a member of the Board of Directors at TX2 Systems, Inc. and is a shareholder in the company. Mr. Morsheimer provides TX2 with senior leadership and guidance on all matters especially those related to finance.

Currently Mr. Morsheimer is a founding member and senior partner at AdamsGrayson Corporation, a business services firm providing expertise in accounting, finance, legal, IT, and project management to corporations and law firms for matters in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, IT, e-discovery and business process optimization.

Prior to AdamsGrayson Mr. Morsheimer was an Executive Vice President at the Allegis Group, a privately held multinational information technology and staffing company, with annual revenues exceeding $4 billion. Revenues increased ten-fold through a combination of internal growth and acquisitions. Mr. Morsheimer was responsible for developing, socializing and executing the acquisition strategy for the entire company and its wholly owned subsidiaries. His position reported directly to the President and Chairman of the firm. Mr. Morsheimer has an extensive background in both finance and M&A and has held positions with investment banking firms as well.

Mr. Morsheimer received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College, is a Certified Public Accountant and sits on several Boards.
